Paul has worked in the industry for close to 25 years, starting his career with the Bell System and later owning his own operator service and long distance telephone company in Las Vegas. He later was VP of Operations for one of the largest operator service companies in the US called Teltrust. He is now the CEO of Routetrader.

His wife Barb for many years has been one of the key organizers and managers of Comptel events, the leading telecom tradeshow in the USA for carriers. "Don't forget to buy a badge."

Serial entrepreneur, David Glickman was the founder of Justice Telecommunications, one of the first callback companies in the world. He later was the founder of Telepacific Communications, one of the first CLEC's in California. Telepacific remains one of the largest CLEC's on the west coast. David also founded Hometown Telecom, a VOIP enabled carrier for international minutes sold to consumers through Internet marketing.
